Sandeep Yadav is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal compliance, risk management, and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Manager Legal at Rallis India Ltd since June 2024, Sandeep previously held the position of Legal Compliance Manager at Pretium, focusing on compliance, data protection, and labor laws. Prior to that, Sandeep was a Manager at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP from April 2020 to July 2023, specializing in risk and contract management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law advisory. Sandeep's expertise also includes handling insolvency and bankruptcy cases and providing legal support for government projects related to Smart Cities.
