Olena Kovalyk is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment for technical and managerial positions. Currently serving as a recruiter at Ralabs since November 2020, Olena manages a recruiting team and is involved in active candidate sourcing, database maintenance, and recruitment budget management while contributing to the company's growth recruiting strategy and conducting market research. Prior experience includes a role at ELITEX from October 2018 to October 2020, and freelance recruitment work in 2018, specializing in JavaScript technologies such as React and Node. Olena holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer processing of textual, graphic and figurative information from the Ukrainian Academy of Printing, as well as additional training in recruitment.
