Zoran Stejic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and big data management, currently serving as General Manager of the Big Data Department at Rakuten since January 2011. Over the years, Zoran has held various leadership roles, including EVP of Technology for Europe E-Commerce and Head of the Europe Technology Division, overseeing global teams and strategic initiatives across multiple countries. Prior to Rakuten, Zoran worked with Yahoo! JAPAN as a researcher and at Ricoh Company, Ltd. as a research engineer. Zoran's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Tokyo Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
