Mitsuaki Okazaki has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across prominent companies. Currently serving in the Developer Relations Office at Rakuten since December 2022, Mitsuaki has held various roles since entering the field, including Talent Acquisition at Nutanix from February 2017 to the present and People Business Partner. Previously, Mitsuaki was the Japan Talent Acquisition Lead at Microsoft from January 2015 to September 2016, overseeing recruitment activities in Japan. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Lead for Japan and Korea at Red Hat in 2014, Head of Talent Acquisition at Amazon in 2013, and holding senior talent acquisition roles at DELL from April 2006 to May 2013.
