Lily Sher is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Regional Talent Manager for the Americas at Rakuten since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Organizational Development at Blackstone from May 2020 to January 2023, and as Assistant Vice President and Senior Talent Management Specialist at AllianceBernstein from April 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, Lily held the position of Assistant Vice President, Learning & Leadership Development Consultant at Bank of America between September 2014 and April 2018, and served as a Human Resources Intern at Gilt Groupe from June 2013 to May 2014. Lily holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both degrees from New York University.
