Hansi Thenuwara is an experienced software engineer and technical team lead at CodeGen International since August 2016, specializing in Java, PLSQL, Oracle, and Scrum methodologies. Hansi has played a key role in mentoring new developers and optimizing training processes, as well as leading significant migration projects, including the Java 11 migration for a reservation system and the Oracle database migration. Prior to this role, Hansi provided solutions for a leading travel company, addressing client issues effectively and reducing the backlog substantially. Hansi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computing and Information Systems and Industrial Management from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, alongside diplomas in IT. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Junior Accountant at Rangel (pvt) ltd, handling various financial tasks.
