Mahesh D is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of L&OD at Rakuten India since September 2021. Previously, Mahesh held roles such as AGM - Training at Tata Sky Ltd, Global Head - Learning & Development at Tavant Technologies, and Senior Manager - Learning and Development at Altimetrik, among others. Mahesh has a strong background in executing training programs, financial management for training operations, creating assessments, and implementing internal universities to enhance domain knowledge. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Professional Diploma in Network Centered Computing from NIIT, and a BBA from the University of Madras.
