Jake Lush McCrum has a diverse and extensive work experience across multiple industries and roles. Jake started their career as an Intern (Analyst) at Beringea in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Events Manager at Millfield Enterprises and as an Analyst at Grove Capital Management. In 2016, Jake joined Blenheim Chalcot, where they held the positions of Investment Analyst and later Associate | Investments.
In 2020, Jake became a Founding Member of 20:40, an organization that aims to equip rising leaders to address socio-economic challenges. Jake joined Rajasthan Royals in 2017, initially serving as General Manager before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2019 and eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer in July 2021.
Most recently, in 2022, Jake assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Barbados Royals. Throughout their career, Jake has showcased their leadership skills and ability to adapt to different industry sectors.
Jake Lush McCrum began their education at Millfield Senior School from 2006 to 2011. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Int) at the University of Leeds from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they took the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, focusing on Economics & Sports Management for the duration of one year.
