Heidi Williams is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at murmuration since May 2024. With extensive experience in various roles, Williams has been an Advisor at Raise for Good since 2017 and the Founder of WEST Diversity & Inclusion, LLC, established in July 2016 to support women in technology. Notably, Williams held the position of Head of Engineering for Grammarly Business from July 2020 to January 2024 and served as CTO and Co-Founder of tEQuitable, focused on promoting workplace inclusivity. Prior roles include VP of Platform Engineering at Box and various engineering management positions at Adobe. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University and completed further studies at Stanford University.
