Zoe Jepson is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership transformation and coaching. As the Founder and Coach at Zoe Jepson Collaborative Change since 2010, Zoe specializes in compassionate leadership, team dynamics, and transformative change, holding a Masters Level certification in coaching. Complementing this role, Zoe serves as an L&D Consultant at Raise the Bar, delivering interactive leadership development programs and ILM Leadership & Management Apprenticeships. In 2024, Zoe will take on the role of Health Coach Trainer at HCA | The Health Coaching Academy, focusing on enhancing person-centred conversations in healthcare.
