Ashwin Padbidri is a professional with a diverse background in startup growth, program management, and innovation analysis. Currently serving as the Startup Growth Lead at Rainmaking APAC since July 2024, Ashwin previously held the position of Program Manager for Financial Services and Health at Plug and Play Tech Center from November 2021 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes working as an Innovation Analyst at Roche and as an Undergraduate Researcher at Newcastle University's Northern Institute for Cancer Research. Additional roles include a Research Intern at A*STAR and a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Newcastle University and an International Baccalaureate from The International School of Kuala Lumpur.
