Miguel Angel Laporta De Caso currently serves as Mesoamérica Senior Director at Rainforest Alliance since June 2023 and has been a Consultor / Consejero for Empresas Varias since February 2020. Previously, Miguel held the position of CEO at World Vision México from November 2020 to February 2023, and directed Corporate Sustainability at The Coca-Cola Company from July 2018 to February 2020, overseeing the company’s social and environmental strategy in Mexico. Miguel also worked at HSBC from August 2009 to February 2020, where responsibilities included leading sustainability initiatives and public affairs. Earlier experience includes serving as General Director for Ver Bien para Aprender Mejor A.C. and Un Kilo de Ayuda A.C., managing strategic planning and fundraising operations. Miguel holds an MBA from Universidad CEU San Pablo, a degree in Architecture from Universidad Anáhuac, and completed a program in Digital Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
