Marly A. Silvestri, LSW, possesses a diverse range of experience in social work and behavioral health, currently serving as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor at Rainbow Reef Dive Center since November 2022. Prior to this role, Marly worked as a Therapist at West Pines Behavioral Health from October 2021 to October 2022 and as a Case Manager for the Colorado Department of Corrections from March 2020 to September 2021, focusing on the needs of offenders and classification processes. Marly also held a position as a Probation Officer at Colorado's 4th Judicial District from July 2018 to March 2020, where assistance was provided to probationers with severe mental health conditions. Previous internships at WestCare Foundation and Gateway Foundation emphasized substance use treatment and case management. Marly earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work at UIC and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Lindenwood University.
