Stephanie Whitesel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, instructional design, and communications. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Delivery & Production at RAIN Group since November 2019, Stephanie oversees facilitator allocation and scheduling, ensuring the successful delivery of training to 1,000 learners monthly. Previous roles include Consultant at Magical Mystery Tours, Communications Coordinator at Faith Community Church, and Associate Project Manager at Pearson, where Stephanie managed the production of customized educational materials. Additionally, experience as an Instructional Designer and Editorial Assistant highlights a strong foundation in content development and project coordination. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Child Development from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bucknell University.
