Tabang Mgijima is currently a Principal Inspector at Railway Safety Regulator, where they handle various responsibilities such as compliance monitoring, occupational health and safety management, and stakeholder management. Tabang Mgijima holds a Honours degree in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Walter Sisulu University.
