Rashid Powell is a professional with diverse experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, as a Crew Lead at Railserve, Inc. since October 2019, Rashid oversees operations by providing Plans of Action, controlling equipment movements through radio communication, and training new employees. Previously, Rashid worked as an Operator Assistant Trainee at Halliburton and as Shop Tech 3 at Supreme Services, where responsibilities included equipment handling, disassembly, repairs, and collaboration with team members. Rashid also served as Assessment Coordinator at River Parishes Community College and as a Claims Representative at BrownGreer PLC, focusing on claims evaluation and data integrity. Early career experience includes supervising stocking operations at Rouses Supermarkets. Rashid holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce and an Associate of Science in Petroleum Engineering Technology, both from Nicholls State University.
