Carli Morgan is an experienced professional in the retail industry, currently serving as the Midwest Retail Coordinator at Rails since January 2022. Previously, Carli held multiple roles at Nordstrom from October 2019 to January 2022, including Department Manager for Women's Specialized & Kidsworld and Assistant Department Manager in various departments. Additional experience includes a position as Sales Supervisor and Visual Merchandiser at Dutch, LLC, and roles at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate and Retail Management Intern. Carli began a career as a Nanny while also working as a Sales Associate at the World Golf Championship, gaining hands-on experience in merchandising and customer service. Carli's foundational experience as a Visual Merchandiser at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa complements a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas State University, earned in 2018.
