Shanton Rangi is a seasoned Senior Highway Construction Consultant with over 25 years of experience, currently serving at RailPros, Inc. since June 2012 and at Athalye Consulting Engineering Services, Inc. since January 2004. Rangi has extensive expertise in managing and inspecting major freeway construction projects in Caltrans Districts 7 and 10, overseeing activities on significant routes such as Highways 99 and 5, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and traffic control measures in collaboration with California Highway Patrol. Additionally, Rangi has held roles as a Senior Civil Engineer at PTS Staffing Solutions from 1988 to 2015 and possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
