Viktoria Mishina is a Human Resources Specialist at Rail Baltic Estonia since October 2022, contributing to the largest infrastructure project in Estonia and the Baltic region. Previously, Viktoria served as an HR Business Partner and HR Specialist at Barbora Eesti from March 2021 to October 2022, and as a Training Supervisor and HR Assistant at Swissôtel Tallinn from January 2018 to June 2020, focusing on training, development, and recruitment. Viktoria holds a Bachelor of Education in Humanities from Tallinn University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
