Priit Pruul is an experienced communication professional with a strong background in public relations and organizational communication. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at Rail Baltic Estonia since June 2017, Priit has previously held key roles including Head of Communications for the Archimedes Foundation and Communication Manager at Enterprise Estonia. Expertise includes consulting for international IT clients at Communiqué and developing strategic messaging for Elektrum Eesti. Priit began a career in public relations with positions at various governmental and media organizations, including the Pirita District Administration and Eesti Päevaleht. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations from Tallinn University and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and PR from the University of Tartu.
