Olga Borodina is a seasoned professional in the construction and estimating industry, currently serving as a ²Ñ²¹³ó³Ü²¹²Ô²¹±ôüü³Ù¾±°ì at Rail Baltic Estonia since November 2023. With extensive experience as a Senior Estimator at R.P. Brennan and King Rose Construction, as well as a Lead Estimator at Best & Company, Olga has developed expertise in preparing bid proposals for a variety of high-value projects across the United States. Previous roles include Estimator and Estimating Engineer positions, where Olga liaised with clients, architects, and contractors, utilized various estimating software, and managed bid packages for multifaceted construction endeavors. Olga holds a BS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Cost and Project Management from Tallinn Technical University and has furthered education with additional certifications in the construction field.
