Vaclav Hladik is an experienced IT operations management professional currently serving as the Head of IT Operations Management at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since July 2020. Prior to this role, Vaclav held several senior positions at MONETA Money Bank, responsible for IT Enterprise Services and IT Service Operations from March 2018 to May 2020. Vaclav's extensive background at T-Mobile Czech Republic spans over 17 years, during which various senior management roles were undertaken, overseeing ICT services operations and support, as well as telecommunications network management. Vaclav holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Finance and Administration in Prague and an MBA from the College of Economics and Management in Prague.
