Gjon K. Gjonlleshaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive management and academia. Currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Raiffeisen Insurance Broker Kosovë since March 2023 and as the Executive Director and Chairman of the Management Board at Raiffeisen Leasing Kosovë since June 2011, Gjonlleshaj oversees critical departments including Financial Accounting, IT, and Risk Management. Additionally, Gjonlleshaj is a Lecturer of Accounting and Risk Management at Kolegji Riinvest, contributing to the undergraduate program since February 2018. Prior professional roles include Interim Executive Director at Raiffeisen Insurance Broker Kosovë and various positions at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, where Gjonlleshaj focused on organizational management. With a robust academic background, Gjonlleshaj is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at South East European University and holds advanced degrees from Walsh College and Wayne State University.
