Gentiana Dervishaj has extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a People Strategy Partner at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since December 2021, Gentiana previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Officer at FINCA Kosova from November 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, Gentiana contributed as a Project Researcher at the Office of Research & Specialized Projects within the Central Administration of the University of Prishtina from November 2017 to November 2018 and managed social media for the University of Prishtina International Student Conference from November 2016 to May 2017. Gentiana holds a Master’s degree in Management and Informatics (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics (2015-2018) from the University of Prishtina.
