Dexter Yu is an experienced production leader with a strong background in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Production Director at Raid Base Inc since July 2023, Dexter previously held multiple key roles at Riot Games from April 2017 to July 2023, including Director of Content Operations for VALORANT, where responsibilities encompassed leading content production and managing outsourcing. Prior to Riot Games, Dexter worked at Sony Computer Entertainment America as a Producer for the acclaimed God of War series, and held various production and management roles at companies like Rabbx, Spark Unlimited, and Vivendi Games. With a BFA in Entertainment Arts/Animation from California State University, Fullerton, and additional project management certifications, Dexter possesses a comprehensive skill set in project and team management, art direction, and outsourcing.
