Pranjal Jain is an experienced legal professional specializing in trademark law. Currently serving as an Associate in the Trademark Oppositions Department at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since July 2022, Pranjal has also worked as an Associate in the Trademark Prosecution and Opposition Team at anovIP and Mace Corporate Associates - India. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Associate at Exigent Group Limited focusing on contract optimization, and several legal internships at firms such as Fox Mandal, Sarthak Advocates & Solicitors, and Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP, among others. Pranjal completed a Bachelor of Laws degree at National Law University Odisha from 2015 to 2020 and received earlier education at St. Joseph's Co-ed School in Bhopal.
