Ata Sarrafinazhad is currently a lecturer and senior RF & Analog design engineer at Rahsoft. Prior to this, they worked as an RFIC design engineer at Roshmere for a year, designing silicon RFICs for optical data communications. Before that, they worked as an analog designer at TUBITAK for three years, designing tunable analog blocks for FPMA chips in TSMC 90-nm. They also spent four years as a research assistant at Bogazici University.

Ata Sarrafinazhad has a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arizona State University. Ata also has an MSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University, and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tabriz.
