Allen Choong is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation, focusing on energy, infrastructure, and construction projects. Since May 2013, Allen has served as a Partner at both Allen & Gledhill and Rahmat Lim & Partners. Prior to these roles, Allen held a partnership position at Kamilah & Chong and Rajah & Tann from 2007 to 2013. Allen's legal career began as an Associate at Jones Day from 2004 to 2007. Allen holds a Diploma in International Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore. Allen's foundational education includes GCE "A" Levels from Raffles Junior College and a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia from Penang Free School.
