Brandon Nilsson has extensive experience in legal roles, currently serving as Head of Legal, Director of Legal Operations, Corporate Counsel, Senior Manager of Compliance, and Compliance Manager at Younique Products since October 2014. Additionally, Brandon has been Of Counsel at Rags since April 2014, focusing on trademark and copyright issues, brand protection strategies, counterfeit matters, and contracts/transactions. Prior to these positions, Brandon worked as a Law Clerk at Madson & Madson from August 2010 to July 2014. Brandon holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian from the University of Utah.
