Rachel Rust serves as the Chief Experience Officer at State Department Federal Credit Union since January 2024. Previously, Rachel held several key positions at Andrews Federal Credit Union from 2016 to December 2023, including Vice President of Euro Operations, Director of Overseas Operations, Overseas Branch Operations Manager, and Branch Manager II. Earlier in Rachel's career, several roles at Service Credit Union from October 2009 to 2016 included Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. Rachel Rust earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with Magna Cum Laude honors from Liberty University.
