Avery Cowan is a Civil Project Engineer currently working at RaganSmith. Previously, they gained experience as an intern at Collier Engineering Company, Inc., Kroger, and Chenoweth HOA. Avery graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. At RaganSmith, Avery collaborates with project managers and engineers to prepare civil designs and project plans for infrastructure and construction projects.
