Tammy Tengco serves as the Vice President of Retail and Operations at rag & bone since April 2022, leading a turnaround initiative that enhances field culture and operational cohesion across multiple departments. Previously, Tammy held the position of Sales Director at Vince from August 2017 to April 2022, achieving significant results across 32 retail locations while focusing on succession planning and talent recruitment. Additionally, Tammy worked as a District Manager at INTERMIX, where strategic development led to the district being recognized as the top performer in sales. Prior experience includes district managerial roles at Levi Strauss & Co. and White House Black Market. Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from San Francisco State University.
