Sean McVay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce solutions engineering and management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Solutions Engineering at RafterOne since June 2022, Sean has demonstrated expertise in pre-sale discovery engagements and the design of multi-cloud implementation solutions, successfully generating over $10,000,000 in project bookings in 2023. Previously, as Technology Director of Salesforce at SMITH, Sean developed a go-to-market strategy and evaluated potential acquisitions for Salesforce initiatives. During tenure at Ad Victoriam Solutions, Sean led the Salesforce Commerce Practice and managed project implementations for both Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
