Jeffrey Duke is a Principal Consultant at Raftelis, where responsibilities include assisting communities in implementing sustainable financial practices for stormwater management since November 2022. Previously, Duke served as the Manager of Innovation Programs at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from April 2020 to October 2022, focusing on strategy development and stakeholder collaboration. Additional roles include Board Member for the Berea City School District and various positions at NEORSD, including Manager of GIS Services and Planning Engineer, from March 1993 to April 2020. Duke's early experiences include a co-op position with the City of Cincinnati. Educational credentials include a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and an MS in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University.
