Joseph (JB) obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science PGC from Virginia Commonwealth University - College of Engineering from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Virginia Military Institute. In 1994 to 1995, Joseph also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in General Studies from South Dakota State University.
