Jessica Weaver is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Program Director at Raft since August 2022, Jessica supports the Air Force's Kessel Run mission by managing a portfolio of programs and projects with substantial budgets. In a parallel role at the Air National Guard, Jessica has held numerous positions, including Chief Master Sergeant, advising on health and personnel matters, and Enlisted Executive Assistant, where organizational leadership was facilitated for over 4,700 members. Jessica's previous corporate roles include IT Sourcing Manager at Victoria's Secret and Procurement Operations Manager at NiSource, where strategic sourcing and procurement were key responsibilities. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Franklin University and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of San Diego, Jessica combines strong educational credentials with a proven track record of success in human resources, project management, and procurement.
