Aaron Vrba is a Senior Software Engineer at Raft since May 2023, previously serving as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at Kessel Run from May 2019 to May 2022, where leadership of an 8-member engineering team emphasized TDD, continuous delivery, and automated testing. In earlier roles at Kessel Run, from February to December 2018, Aaron developed user interfaces and modernized legacy software into cloud-native applications. Aaron's career began in the United States Air Force, where, as a Geospatial Analyst from February 2012 to February 2018, project management and user-centered design practices were implemented to enhance training efficiency and improve client-facing products.
