Chip Gregory has had a significant amount of work experience in the construction industry. Chip started their career at Sierra Construction Company in 1997 as a PE / PM. In 2001, they moved to Rafn Company where they held various roles, including Project Manager Head of Special Projects, Special Projects Group Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer since February 2021.

Chip Gregory attended Rainier Beach High School from 1988 to 1991, where they completed their high school education. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at the University of Washington from 1992 to 1996.
