Rakesh Thatha is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product development and innovation in the cybersecurity and bot management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technologist at the Radware Innovation Center since March 2019, Rakesh Thatha is responsible for spearheading new product initiatives and assisting the Cloud Security teams with complex product architecture. Prior to this role, Rakesh Thatha was the Sr. Director of Product, R&D at Radware, leading the Bot Management Product post the acquisition of ShieldSquare, a company co-founded and led as CTO from June 2013 to March 2019, where ShieldSquare became a recognized leader in the global bot management market. Rakesh Thatha also co-founded ArrayShield, focusing on two-factor authentication solutions, and held various engineering roles at CA Technologies and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where contributions included significant involvement in the National Knowledge Network project. Rakesh Thatha holds a Master's degree in Information Security from IIT Madras, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
