Pavan Thatha is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and technology sectors. As Vice President and General Manager of the Radware Innovation Center since March 2019, Pavan leads teams across Product, R&D, AI, Service Delivery, and Marketing functions. Prior to this, Pavan managed the global Bot Management Business Unit after Radware's acquisition of ShieldSquare, which was co-founded and led as CEO, establishing it as a market leader recognized by Forrester in 2018. Earlier career highlights include co-founding ArrayShield, specializing in two-factor authentication solutions, and holding managerial roles at Photon Infotech and Philips Electronics. Pavan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a Master of Management from IIT Bombay.
