Darcy Stephens currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Veritex Community Bank since July 2024 and also holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Radley Staffing, LLC. since December 2022. Previously, Darcy held various leadership roles at Smart Financial Credit Union from June 2017 to December 2022, including Chief People Officer, SVP of Human Resources, and VP of Human Resources. From June 2013 to June 2017, Darcy worked at TDECU, where responsibilities included Talent Engagement Manager and Director of Talent Operations & Benefits. Earlier experience includes serving as AVP - HR Manager at First Convenience Bank from September 2003 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Sam Houston State University (2004-2007).
