Surendra Laudari, EIT, MSCE, is a geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering. Currently employed at RADISE International since November 2020, Surendra contributes to the Herbert Hoover Dike dam rehabilitation project in Florida, collaborating with the Army Corps of Engineers to assess and recommend actions on unsuitable materials. Prior to this role, Surendra served as a staff engineer at MC Squared, Inc., and worked as a district engineer for the Department of Local Infrastructure Development and Agricultural Roads in Nepal, where significant projects included road design and construction. Earlier experience includes a civil engineering position at Green Innovative Development Consultancy, focusing on land planning and sewage construction. Surendra holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kathmandu Engineering College, Tribhuvan University.
