Jon Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon began their career as a Technical Support Technician at Client Logic in 2002. Later, they worked as a Field Support Technician at Unisys from September 2004 to April 2007. Jon then joined AT&T Interactive as a Helpdesk Specialist, where they provided IT support to sales staff and conducted training sessions. In 2010, they joined Amdocs as a Systems Administrator, responsible for domain migrations, server support, and resolving internal IT tickets. Jon worked at Desert Radiology from February 2017 to December 2020 as an Information Technology Operations Supervisor. Currently, they are working at Radiology Partners, initially as a Manager, IT User Technologies, and then promoted to a Senior Manager role. In their current position, Jon is responsible for the Microsoft Stack, mentoring and training desktop support techs, and overseeing IT operations in Las Vegas.
Jon Allen attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Computer Science. In addition to their college education, they also obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager certification (MCCM) from Microsoft in April 2013, the Microsoft Certified Professional (M.C.P.) for Windows XP in February 2009, and the A+ Certified Professional certification from CompTIA in January 2002.
