Michael Shafer, MBA has extensive experience in logistics and inventory management. Michael began their career as a Logistics Movement Control Center in the United States Marine Corps from December 2004 to December 2008. In 2009, they joined Radio Systems Corporation, working as a Lead Trainer until July 2015, and then transitioning to the role of Logistics and Inventory Analyst, which they currently hold.

Michael Shafer, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they earned from 2016 to 2017. Michael pursued the Professional MBA program during this time. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Political Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, College of Arts and Sciences, from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael holds a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the APICS Supply Chain Council, which they obtained in May 2017.
