Amelia De Paola serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Radicle Health, where the focus is on acquiring human services software companies to enhance the industry's technology infrastructure. Previously, Amelia participated in the Flare Capital Scholar program, engaging with the investment team to foster community among emerging leaders in healthcare technology. Other roles include an MBA internship at Ribbon Health, where data services for healthcare enterprises were provided, and a short internship at AppliedVR, contributing to the development of virtual reality-based therapeutics. Amelia's earlier experience includes positions as an Investment Analyst at SteelSky Ventures, focusing on women's health, and as a growth equity and venture capital lead at Malk Partners, specializing in ESG opportunities. Earlier roles also involved communications and data analytics for One Heart Worldwide and advocacy work at Global Health Strategies. Amelia holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown University, and has pursued studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
