Ben Aldrich is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud architecture. Currently serving as Engineering Director for AI and Analytics at RADICL Defense, Ben advises on software and cloud architecture to enhance efficiency. Previous roles include Head of Software Engineering at Erithmitic and ChatLingual, where Ben focused on team building, process optimization, and product strategy. As Platform Architect and Director at Randori, significant improvements were made in development processes and scalability. Ben's background also includes chief software architect at LogRhythm, where leadership in cloud AI and migration projects was demonstrated. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security from Westwood College and an Associate's degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Tech.
