Josean Alderite has extensive experience in quality assurance and software development, with a recent position as Quality Assurance and Testing Lead at Radiant Logistics Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Josean worked at Change Healthcare as a QA Engineer I, contributing to a Scrum team and ensuring high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment. Additional roles include Associate QA Analyst at Change Healthcare and Quality Assurance Analyst at Bitnacs, as well as various positions in survey programming across multiple organizations, including Dynata and Survey Sampling International. Josean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies from the University of the Philippines Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southeastern Philippines.
