Kristi Looney is a senior-level Human Resource professional with extensive experience in overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and services. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Radiance Technologies since July 2010, Kristi has previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and has expertise in organizational planning, development, compensation, benefits administration, employee orientation, conflict resolution, safety and health, legal compliance, evaluation and placement, EEO, and Affirmative Action. Prior experience includes working as a Benefit/Retirement Plan Specialist at Quantum Research International from February 2002 to July 2010, where Kristi managed all aspects of the 401(k) and Pension Plan. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management/HR from Athens State University.
