Brenda Passarella Smucker is a seasoned professional in training and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of National Training at Radian since April 2018, after holding the position of AVP, National Training. Previously, Brenda held the role of Director of Leadership Training and Performance Management at Ditech Financial LLC from 2005 to April 2018, and served as a Leadership Trainer at GMAC Rescap from January 2005 to May 2007. Additionally, Brenda was a Senior Trainer at PHH Mortgage from 1999 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden. Brenda also holds professional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
