Kim Lamping is an accomplished safety and security professional with extensive experience in managing compliance initiatives and programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Senior Manager of Safety and Security at Radial Inc. since April 2020, Kim oversees safety compliance for multiple locations in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Toronto. Prior experience includes roles at Radial as Safety & Security Manager, where management of safety programs covered logistics facilities with up to 1,500 associates, and as Loss Prevention & Safety Director at United Dairy Farmers, where initiatives significantly reduced workplace injuries and claims. Additional roles in corporate risk management and loss prevention were held at Siemens and Thriftway Food & Pharmacy respectively. Kim holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
